지나치게 씩 웃거나 여러 번 웃는 모습을 보인 공작원은 배치에서 복귀시키며, 화기를 사용해 움직이지 못하게 만들고 특수 염화수소 화학 화합물(HF/PURE)을 부어야 한다. 남아있는 걸쭉한 물질이 움직임을 중단하면, 대상을 소각장 외부로 이송할 수 있다.
영향 받은 공작원과 접촉한 뒤 이상을 보이는 인원들은 치료를 받을 것이 권고된다. 외과 수술은 초기 단계(1-2시간)에서만 유효하다. 하반신에 공동이 생기면(3-4시간) 통증 관리가 불가능해진다.
설명: 포식성 치아형 네발짐승으로, 1886년 이후 여러 대륙에서 100번의 목격이 있었다. 자세한 세부사항 불명으로 목격자들은 언제나 대상의 효과에 굴복한다. 그 효과는 주로, 치아의 급속한 과잉생성, 명료한 말하기 능력의 억제다. 기록 장치들은 주요 부품들에 상아질이 나타나 즉시 손상된다.
